Next Level has started with the construction of LogPort 1 in Venlo. The development consists of two phases totaling over 75,000 sq.m of prime logistics space.

The property is situated in Europe’s #1 hotspot Venlo. Phase one measures 41,000 sq.m. which now has been let to a leading German retailer on a long term basis.
